Scheduling with Maxine Evans Photography is easy peasy. Simply reach out for pricing and availability. 

To secure your newborn photography session, your deposit and due date will be used to hold and confirm your booking. If you are expecting twins, have a scheduled c-section, or a planned induction, I will adjust this date accordingly. Your deposit secures your spot on my calendar.

Once your baby arrives, you or a designated family member will reach out to me within the first 24 hours whenever possible. At that time, we will schedule your newborn session, typically aiming for a date within the first 14 days after birth. The ideal window for newborn photography is usually 5–8 days old, when babies are sleepiest and most comfortable.

Before your session, you’ll receive a detailed prep guide and a newborn information form to complete. These resources help ensure your in-home session runs smoothly and allows me to tailor the experience to your baby and family.

The Day of Your In-Home Newborn Session

On the day of your newborn session, I will come directly to your home in Naples, Florida or surrounding areas, including Old Naples, Pelican Bay, Park Shore, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and North Naples. In-home sessions are designed to be relaxed, convenient, and stress-free, perfect for new parents adjusting to life with a newborn.

I bring everything needed for the session, including wraps, soft texture. With specialized training in newborn safety, handling, and posing, your baby’s comfort and well-being are always my top priority.

During the session, I focus on capturing the tiny details and tender moments you’ll want to remember forever, sweet stretches, delicate fingers and toes, and timeless, natural portraits that reflect your baby’s earliest days.

Lastly - Download Your Images!

You will receive your digital download via DropBox. At that time you're ready to order prints, make an album, create birth announcements or simply send them to friends and family.
