The Cake Smash Session

Without a doubt, these sessions are hands down the messiest and that's exactly how it should be!

Cake smash sessions, or as some prefer to call them, "smash cake" sessions, are an absolute blast but can also pose a few challenges, especially as your baby enters the pre-toddler stage. They may be a little shy, perhaps a tad moody, but fear not, that's where the cake comes in. Acting as an anchor, the presence of cake tends to keep the little ones engaged and entertained. Some babies dive right in, while others prefer to delicately explore, and then there are those who aren't quite sure what to make of it. But rest assured, no two babies are alike, and that's what makes these sessions so special. Each session is tailored to your baby's unique personality, resulting in an outcome that beautifully showcases their individuality.

Cake smash sessions are ideally scheduled around 11 months, shortly after their sitter session. This timing allows for ample time to capture and deliver the images, giving you the opportunity to create prints or send out cards featuring your little one's adorable cake-smashing antics.

Due to their popularity, cake smash sessions are extremely limited, so it's advisable to plan ahead if possible.
