I Don’t Know About You, but I LOVE a Good Cake Smash Photo Session!

Being a Los Angeles baby photographer since 1998, I have seen my fair share of babies celebrate that first birthday milestone with cake smash photos. And getting to be a part of the big celebration is always something I am super happy and grateful for. There’s nothing quite like watching a little one dive into a cake for the first time – the curiosity, the joy, the mess!

Another thing that makes me ridiculously happy is how much people enjoy looking at cake smash portraits! Whenever I post them on social media, people get a kick out of the funny ones, ooh and ahh over the sweet ones, and just genuinely adore them. The reactions are always so positive, and it's a wonderful feeling to know that these moments bring joy to others as well.
